If Retractable Reel does not turn on:
Make sure power cord is correctly inserted into the outlet.
Make sure power circuit (breaker) is in the “ON” position.
2) If Retractable
Reel falls from ceiling/hook mount:
Make sure your mount/hook bracket is installed properly to a wood/metal
stud.
Make sure the anchor screws are fully inserted all the way into the mounted
bracket.
Check to ensure your stud/beam has not rotted. If so, relocate reel and/or
replace beam.
3) If Retractable
Reel comes in contact with water (inner/outer):
Disconnect power cord from the outlet to avoid electrical shock.
Fully extend power cord in a dry area, and allow cord to dry completely.
4) If retractable
reel is damaged:
Do not attempt to fix, consult a certified technician or return product
to the retailer.
